Marie Clare released its annual Power List on Wednesday, and among the nearly 30 incredible individuals named were three SI Swimsuit stars: rookie Lauren Chan and cover girls Megan Fox and Kim Petras.

As part of the honor, each person shared exactly what power means to them. Chan, who used her SI Swimsuit feature as the opportunity to publicly come out as gay, challenged readers to really get to know themselves as she did.

“Take time to be in your own mind,” she suggested. “What was the last time you were zero percent distracted? To get in tune with yourself, try meditating, journaling, taking baths, getting massages—any activity where you can do nothing but think.”

Fox, who was captured in the Dominican Republic like Chan for her SI Swimsuit Issue feature, shared her response in the form of a poem. It was incredibly fitting, as the actress released her debut book of poetry, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, last month.

And Petras, a Grammy Award-winning pop artist who was photographed in Los Angeles for her SI Swimsuit cover feature, shared a clever and relevant answer.

“Power to me is being on stage. These songs really pick me up before I perform every night,” she said of her four go-to tracks by Doja Cat, Beyoncé, Lily Allen and M.I.A. “They make me feel like I am strong enough to face anything.”

Others named to Marie Claire’s Power list include Michelle Obama, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Michelle Buteau and Alix Earle. Read more here.
