In addition to being a 2023 SI Swimsuit rookie, Lauren Chan is also a fashion industry expert. Along with modeling, the entrepreneur is the head of brand partnerships at Universal Standard, the most size-inclusive brand in the world.

Earlier this month, the brand launched its first-ever swimwear line, and Chan modeled one of the pieces on Instagram on June 30. Not only is the Swim Bodyshortie available in a trio of colors, but it also offers full coverage on the bottom and adjustable straps up top.

“Celebrating all of the @universalstandard Swim press by spending a day wearing the Bodyshortie in—in my opinion—the best color, Sanguinello,” Chan wrote in her caption. “Fun fact: Sanguinello is the name of a Sicilian blood orange. 🍊🍊.”

The Canadian model previously spoke with SI Swimsuit about the launch and called the line both “chic and hyper-functional.”

“I am so excited to be working with Universal Standard in time for their inaugural swimwear launch,” she added. “I am so impressed with the collection. First and foremost, we are the most size-inclusive brand in the world, a feat in and of itself.”
