Mindy Kaling Swaps Little Black Dress for Chic One-Piece Swimsuit

In case you missed it, Mindy Kaling launched a line of swimwear with Andie Swim this spring, and the collection has everything from bright bikinis to anything but basic one-pieces. 

On July 13, the actress, producer and mom of two modeled a black one-piece from her collection on Instagram, and it’s essentially the LBD of swimwear, as The Mindy Project star pointed out.

“I love color but there is such a rush of joy and relief in finding the perfect black one piece,” Kaling wrote in her caption. “My @andieswim Marco in Black is basically my ‘little black dress’ but as a swimsuit.”

“One of our faves too 🤭,” the brand responded in the comments section.

“Totally agree!” a follower concurred. “Something about a black swimsuit!”

“I have a lot of questions. Number one: how dare you?” one fan wrote in reference to Kaling’s character on The Office, Kelly Kapoor.

“Past Kelly Kapoor would be so excited for future Kelly Kapoor,” someone else noted.
