Molly Sims is going old school. The six-time SI Swimsuit model shared a sweet throwback photo from the magazine’s 2004 issue launch party.

“One day you’re in your 20s on the red carpet, the next you’re feeding your sons bearded dragon worms… 🙄,” she captioned the Feb. 2 post and referenced her son Grey’s pet reptile. The 49-year-old is also mom to Scarlett and Brooks, whom she shares with husband Scott Stuber.

The Las Vegas actress made her SI Swimsuit debut in 2000 when she was photographed in Maui, Hawai’i. Her most recent photo shoot was in ’06 in Las Vegas.

“So true,” a fan piped in the comments. “But the ride is worth it! Beautiful pic!!”

“House of Style to House of Reptile 🦎,” another quipped.

“You have hardly changed a bit from the Las Vegas days,” one fan chirped. “Kudos to your discipline and your marvelous genes.”

“From what I’ve seen you’re doing it well… keep it up,” another person added. “Hardest most rewarding (hopefully) job.”

Sims wore a low-back black-and blue-striped maxi dress to the February 2004 event in New York City. The Wrong Missy star has been in the modeling industry for three decades and has learned a thing or two on how to be thick-skinned and love herself.

“I know it sounds petty, but it’s a very mental thing. It’s why girls who leave the business automatically get heavy, because they can’t take it anymore,” she said in an interview with People in 2020. “That constant pressure—it’s just unhealthy. It creates an unhealthy body image. If you feel great in a size 20 or you feel great in a size 2 or 4 or 6 or whatever, it’s about how you feel about it.”
