Olivia Dunne’s Holiday Heart Rate Circuit Is a Quick and Efficient Cardio Burn

Olivia Dunne is making sure her TikTok audience has quick and easy workouts to do throughout the holiday season. In just under 30 seconds, the retired American gymnast brought forward an easy way to get the heart pumping and energized.
How Dunne Stays in Shape
In a recent TikTok video, Dunne began her quick workout with a set of jumping jacks for one minute. Twenty jumping lunges, 30 cross-body mountain climbers and 15 split squats on each leg followed directly thereafter. By the end of the video, Dunne emphasized the importance of doing two rounds of each step to truly make the workout as effective as possible.
All these moves come together to get the body tight and toned, and Dunne’s equipment-free routine is a stellar exercise to have in handy for those days when it may be a bit too chilly to venture out to the gym.

For those who want something a little more intense, like leaning into strength training, Dunne has advice in that regard as well. During an interview with Women’s Health earlier this year, the model spoke about how much strength training changed the game for her physical well-being.
“I got started with strength training because it helps so much, not only in my gymnastics career, but my everyday life as well. It empowers me and makes me feel strong and confident,” Dunne expressed.
The first thing she does to kick off her workout is start with a walk on the treadmill. After this, she goes into something more challenging, like a set of tricep V-ups, which is ideal for working the core and developing enviable abs. Performing a few sets of plank hip taps also achieves the same outcome and can even buff the obliques. Dunne added that she also does leg lifts, which can improve strength all throughout the body, especially in the arms and legs.

And for those who want stunning abs as the final result of your workout, this celeb has got your back, as Dunne has yet another core workout that is simple and effective. For this routine, which she posted to Instagram over the summer, she began with flutters. She did this step for as long as her favorite song, so about three to four minutes will do. Afterward, Dunne remained on her back for a set of lower downs, alternating tricep V-ups, lower body lifts and a rep of bicycles. Rounding it off, Dunne concluded with some classic planks.
