Prep for Miami Swim Week With 2023 SI Swimsuit Rookie Ellie Thumann

Ellie Thumann, a 2023 SI Swimsuit rookie, is walking the runway at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway Show at the W South Beach for Miami Swim Week on Friday, and her pre-catwalk prep is in full swing. The YouTube star shared her routine with her fans and with us.
The 21-year-old Arizona native began her day with a sauna session and a “humbling” cold plunge. After washing her face in the shower and applying skincare products on top, Thumann dermaplaned her face to get rid of any peach fuzz and remaining dead skin. She then headed out the door for a day full of errands and stopped for a hearty salad and coffee for lunch. She got a HydraFacial and laser treatment, spray tan, manicure and pedicure.
Thumann pointed out that in addition to beauty treatments, she makes sure she is drinking at least eight bottles of water a day before big events like Miami Swim Week. The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway Show will be live-streamed from Miami Swim Week. Click here to watch the full show.
