Reese Witherspoon Stuns in Baby Blue Peplum Dress at Netflix Film Premiere

Reese Witherspoon attended the world premiere of her new Netflix rom-com, Your Place or Mine, looking as fabulous as ever. The red carpet event was held at Regency Village Theatre in Los Angeles on Feb. 2.

The actress, who also has a producing credit on the film, wore a strapless peplum dress in a gorgeous robin egg blue color. The garment featured a deep V-neckline and hit the actress mid-calf. Witherspoon accessorized with strappy black heels, several bracelets on her wrist and simple earrings.

As for glam, her signature blonde locks were worn loose in a sleek blowout, and Witherspoon’s flawless makeup included bronze eye shadow and a pink lip.

Witherspoon stars opposite Ashton Kutcher in Your Place or Mine. The film follows two lifelong pals, Debbie (Witherspoon) and Peter (Kutcher), as they navigate long-distance friendship and life changes. The movie, which drops on the streaming platform on Friday, Feb. 10, also stars Steve Zahn, Rachel Bloom and Jesse Williams.

“We had the best cast,” Witherspoon told Netflix news website, Tudum, of the flick. “Everybody was laughing. We had the best time, and you can see that on the screen. We’re just having fun.”

The actress also opened up to Variety about the project, and shared that the script written by screenwriter Aline Brosh McKenna is “perfect.”

“[Characters Debbie and Peter] can’t see that their friendship is really something more until they actually swap places and live each other’s lives for a minute,” she stated. “It’s beautiful, it’s classic. The final moment makes me tear up because it’s so beautiful and true, and I have a perfect partner in Ashton. He’s so funny. He’s so charming. You know he’s going to make everything better and funnier.”
