Camille Kostek dazzled the 2023 SI Swimsuit Launch Party red carpet event on May 18 at the Hard Rock Hotel in New York City. The 2019 cover model wowed in a red corset-style gown she personally designed with her tailor, Raquelle Pedraza.

While Kostek walked the red carpet along with several other women from the 2023 SI Swimsuit Issue—including cover models Megan Fox, Martha Stewart, Kim Petras and Brooks Nader—she was surprised by her partner, Rob Gronkowski, who joined her on the red carpet and brought her a bouquet of gorgeous flowers.

Kostek, 31, and Gronkowski chatted with reporters along the carpet and when asked about what he’s most proud of his partner for, the 34-year-old got emotional and began tearing up.

“She's done so many great things and her best accomplishments are the ones that you guys don't see,” he said. “She's so caring. She's the best.”

He shared that of all of Kostek’s features with SI Swimsuit throughout the years, his favorite is this year’s photo shoot captured by James Macari in the Dominican Republic. Kostek was surprised that Gronkowski’s favorite was not her 2019 cover photo shoot, which was captured by Josie Clough in Kangaroo Island.

The happy couple have been dating since 2015 and initially met when Gronkowski played tight end for the New England Patriots and Kostek was a cheerleader for the team. Despite a no fraternizing policy, the two began dating and have been inseparable ever since.
