Rose Bertram is getting nostalgic over her SI Swimsuit photo shoots. She made her debut with the magazine in 2015 in the U.S. Virgin Islands and also participated in a body painting feature that same year. The model was photographed by Yu Tsai in Tahiti in ’16 and captured by Ben Watts in Curaçao in ’17

Bertram is a mom to two young girls, whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend, professional soccer player Gregory van der Wiel. She welcomed her oldest daughter, Naleya, in 2018, the same year she made history as the first pregnant women on the cover of Vogue Netherlands. Her younger daughter, Zaylee, is 2-years-old.

Bertram shared a breathtaking carousel of photos with her 1.1 million Instagram followers on April 1 alongside a heartfelt message about accepting the changes her body goes through.

“Throwback pictures, so many of them that i haven’t ever posted! Looking back at my body and i love the curves, i can’t believe that at that time i was so insecure about it,” she wrote. “Embrace your body in shape because your body will go through many phases in life.”

The We The Curl founder also shared an adorable behind-the-scenes video from her time on location with SI Swimsuit. In each snippet, she donned various bikinis and let out her silly side as she danced in the sand and flipped her curly hair around.

“Just found this video w throwback outtakes,” she captioned the clip. “I laughed so hard watching this so had to share with you guys🤣 If a video could describe my personality well, this is it… haha @si_swimsuit.”
