Salma Hayek Is Totally Relatable Unzipping Her Dress for a Post-Oscars Snack

The actress attended the main event and after-party with her daughter, Valentina.

Salma Hayek is the most relatable celebrity. After a long night of clapping, cheering, socializing and posing on the champagne carpet, the actress just wants a snack—and she can’t be bothered to get out of her gown before eating.

The Magic Mike’s Last Dance star indulged in a sandwich following the Oscars on March 12, and she shared a behind-the-scenes video on Instagram.

“Happy to keep the glamour going but first things first,” Hayek, who clearly has her priorities straight, captioned the post she shared with her 23 million followers.

“Expectations vs reality,” someone off-screen said with a laugh.

“The realest 👏,” Violetta Komyshan wrote in the comments.

“Even her back is perfect,” one fan gushed.

Hayek began the video facing away from the camera to reveal her completely unzipped sparkly red Gucci gown. She turned around a couple seconds later and was munching on a sandwich—or at least just some slices of deli meat.

The 56-year-old attended the Academy Awards with her 15-year-old daughter Valentina, whom she shares with her husband, François-Henri Pinault.

Last year’s Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, in which Hayek voices Kitty Softpaws, was nominated for Best Animated Feature Film, but lost to Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio. Hayek presented the award for Best International Feature Film to All Quiet on the Western Front alongside costar Antonio Banderas.
