We’ve said it before: couple moments on a red carpet are events worth noting. What’s better than a sweet show of affection between two stars sporting their best fashion?

Well, there is perhaps one thing, which—if not better—is just as good: reunions.

Just as we love the couple moments, we love a good cast reunion on the red carpet. We saw quite a few during the Golden Globes last weekend—including the best interaction between Amanda Seyfried and Meryl Streep—and the Emmys red carpet last night gave us just a few more.

A few months after the third season of the hit Hulu show Only Murders in the Building stopped airing, we’ve found ourselves missing the on-screen chemistry between the three costars, played by Selena Gomez, Martin Short and Steve Martin.

Thankfully, the goofy trio reunited on the Emmys red carpet on Jan. 15 in a high-fashion moment that we won’t soon forget. The stars posed side-by-side for the cameras in a series of sleek and glamorous—and perfectly complementary—outfits.

Gomez wore a black sequined and sheer custom Oscar de la Renta gown and posed between Short and Martin, both sporting their finest black tuxedos.

While not their typical garb in the hit suspense show, if we closed our eyes for just a moment, we could imagine it was just another scene of the three solving crimes in their New York apartment building. After all, their off-screen chemistry is just as good as on-screen.
