Simone Biles Just Shared the Sweetest Photo and Message For Husband Jonathan Owens

You have to read what the pair wrote to each other this Valentine’s Day.

Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens’s relationship is not one that we ever think we’ll fully move past. Their public displays of affection (and by that, we mean their sweet social media posts) are just that: incredibly adorable. They’re relatively frequent, too.

It came as no surprise to us, then, that the pair of athletes took to social media on Feb. 14 to profess their appreciation and love for one another. Though our timelines—and likely yours—were filled with cute photos of significant others celebrating the day dedicated to love, we think we can safely say that the pair of exchanges between Biles and Owens were two of the sweetest we saw.

Alongside a black-and-white snap of the pair embracing, the Olympic gymnast wrote “every day feels like valentines day with you.”

In his own post, which featured a couple photos from the pair’s engagement day, Owens shared a similarly sweet message. 

“Happy Valentine’s Day to my best friend,” he said. “I can’t believe that it’s been 2 years since this amazing day, man does time fly. You’re my rock, i feel like i can accomplish anything as long as i have you by my side. So excited to see where life takes us, I love you so much baby.”

Only a couple of weeks ago, the pair reunited in their Texas home following the end of Owens’s NFL season. During that time, they spend a majority of their time apart, making this Valentine’s Day particularly sweet.
