Simone Biles will return to competitive gymnastics next month after a two-year hiatus. The seven-time Olympic medalist last competed at the Tokyo Games in 2021, where she ultimately withdrew from the event to prioritize her mental health.

Earlier this week, the 26-year-old athlete provided a sneak peek at her training ahead of the 2023 U.S. Classic in August. Biles donned a black-and-green leotard for the occasion, while fellow gymnast Zoe Miller, who was also featured, rocked a pink uniform. The somewhat chaotic clip included commentary from both women, snippets of Biles showing off her skills on the bars and a sneaky appearance by coach Laurent Landi.

“T-10 DAYS TILL CLASSICS #gymnastics #fyp #usa @zoe 🩷,” Biles wrote in her caption.

“The goat returns 😈,” one of Biles's 485,000 TikTok followers wrote in the comments.

“THIS MAKES ME SO EXCITED!!!” someone else added.

“Love seeing so many smiles in the gym! ❤️,” another fan noted.

“ur bars form is looking so good!!” one person observed.

The U.S. Classic, which serves as a qualifying meet for the U.S. Gymnastics Championships, will take place at the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Ill., on Aug. 4 and 5.
