Tunde Oyeneyin Reflects on Impactful SI Swimsuit Runway Experience and the Sisters She Gained

Peloton instructor and Swim Search finalist Tunde Oyeneyin is still walking on sunshine following her first SI Swimsuit Runway Show at this year’s Swim Week in Miami, Fla., where she was joined by brand models such as Olivia Dunne, Jordan Chiles, Lauren Chan and more. She took to Instagram to share her experience at the event as well as what she took away from such a special weekend.
Oyeneyin shared that she believes that she has made “lifelong friends,” not only with her fellow Swim Search finalists––Ally Mason, Dominique Ruotolo, Jilly Anais, Leticia Martinez and Raeann Langas––but also with the brand models and celebrities who participated in the event.
“What a whirlwind of a 24 hours it has been,” the Swim Search participant expressed. “It has been extraordinary. Here’s what I did not know that I was going to get out of the Sports Illustrated [Swimsuit] show experience. One, in a matter of maybe less than 48 hours of being there, I feel like I made lifelong friends. It was such an incredibly supportive community, not only from the vets but from the other finalists that I’m in this with.”
Sharing the love, Oyeneyin encouraged Swim Search voters to show support for all the finalists, as her “sisters” are remarkable people who will go on to do amazing things.
“I believe that every single one of the girls that I’m in this category with––very young women––I think that all of them deserve an opportunity at this because they’re such incredibly, extraordinary individuals, and I think that this opportunity would only help to open doors,” she added.

Of course, fans rushed to her comments section to commend Oyeneyin on her latest achievements, which, on top of her SI Swimsuit Runway Show debut, also include getting first place in a HYROX competition.
“Girl your whole weekend was everyone else’s 2025!!! Truly!!!!!! Unmatched 🔥🔥🔥,” fellow Peloton instructor Joslyn Thompson Rule wrote—and we can’t help but agree.
Adding “SI Swimsuit runway model” to her résumé further shows how driven and talented Oyeneyin is.
As a Peloton instructor, she incorporates her passion for fitness and wellness to help others all around the world feel good in the skin they’re in. With 659,000 followers on Instagram (and counting), she uses her platform to showcase her wonderful lifestyle full of little joys and big achievements. And, as a New York Times bestseller—releasing Speak: Find Your Voice, Trust Your Gut, and Get From Where You Are to Where You Want to Be in 2022—her words evoke confidence for those who need it.
The impact she has made on (and off) SI Swimsuit’s Runway Show will continue to inspire.
