Watch: Paige Spiranac Runs Football Drills During Super Bowl Week Coverage
Paige Spiranac is working as a guest correspondent at Super Bowl LVII for Inside Edition this week, and the former pro golfer gave her followers a sneak peek at her football skills.
In a Feb. 8 Instagram post, Spiranac shared a clip of herself as she ran through an agility training ladder and kicked a field goal. In the video, she wore a sleeveless striped dress with lace-up detailing on the chest paired with Nike athletic shoes. After running through the ladder, Spiranac looked at the camera and said, “Redemption,” before nailing her field goal and doing a happy dance.
“Put me in coach. I’m ready for the NFL,” she wrote in her caption.
Plenty of Spiranac’s 3.7 million followers quickly piped in to the comments section.
“Too cute!!!!!! 😍🔥🙌,” wrote model and former pro golfer Anna Rawson.
“I cant be the only one who thinks her ladder skills are elite,” a fan gushed.
The Playing a Round podcast host also noted that even more exclusive content was available on her subscription website, “OnlyPaige.”
“All BTS content like this and so much more on OnlyPaige!” she said. “Link is in my bio❤️🔥.”
The same day, Spiranac shared on Twitter that she had interviewed three-time Super Bowl champ Emmitt Smith of the Dallas Cowboys.
“He said it’s more nerve wracking hitting a shot at hole 16 at the @WMPhoenixOpen than playing in the Super Bowl!” she stated.
When she reported from Super Bowl Opening Night on Monday evening, Spiranac interacted with both team’s mascots. She brushed up on her dance moves with KC Wolf of the Kansas City Chiefs and Swoop of the Philadelphia Eagles.
“This,” Spiranac said when asked about her favorite part of the evening as she then pointed to the crowd. “Seeing the fans and how excited they are and how passionate they are.”
Super Bowl LVII kicks off at 6:30 p.m. ET on FOX this Sunday live from Glendale, Ariz., where the Chiefs will face the Eagles.
