Carol Alt is living in a Barbie world. The SI Swimsuit legend, who landed the magazine’s cover in 1982 after her photo shoot with John G. Zimmerman in Kenya, just returned to the brand for Miami Swim week. The 62-year-old, who modeled for the franchise seven separate times, closed the SI Swimsuit runway show Friday at the W South Beach. She was joined by other magazine stalwarts, including Samantha Hoopes, Elsa Benitez, Roshumba Williams and Vendela Kirsebom.

When she wasn’t strutting her stuff on the runway in two fabulous swimsuits, Alt was lounging in a pool in a Barbiecore-inspired scoop neck one-piece. Photographer and creative director Ezequiel DelaRosa shared a fun montage of Alt posing for the camera and goofing off in the water on Instagram.

“No make-up , no filler ,no problem when I’m shooting with @modelcarolalt , #playtime Will in miami with @si_swimsuit #swimsuit by @leftonfriday at the beautiful @wsouthbeach #ageisjustanumber women are beautiful at any age at any size be happy to let your light radiate.#supermodel #actor,” he wrote underneath the joint post.

“Natural perfection needs no filter,” one fan commented.

“Ah, Carol this video brings back fond memories of you!” another added.

“Mermaids do exist...” someone else wrote in Italian.
