Alix Earle and Gordon Ramsay collaborating on a TikTok was not on our 2024 bingo card. Nevertheless, it’s a duo we’re totally here for. The influencer and British celebrity chef made sushi together at new Asian cuisine restaurant Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay in Miami.

The Hot Mess podcast host stopped by the establishment, owned by the Hell’s Kitchen and Master Chef star, to create some content for her social media platforms and vlogged the exciting experience for her latest podcast episode

The 57-year-old culinary personality has a lifetime total of 17 Michelin stars.

Earle, who lives in Miami and is dating NFL player Braxton Berrios, showed off her amateur way of making and rolling sushi, and noted that the bamboo sheet she was working with in the video was a huge step up from the paper towel alternative she and her roommates use at their apartment.

Ramsay displayed his technique and talked Earle through the process as she began to make her own sushi.

“Will you hire me?” the New Jersey native asked with a laugh at the end.

“Abso-f---ingloutely,” he responded with enthusiasm. “Good job. Well done. Round of applause for Alix Earle, come on. When can she start? Right now!”

“GR stamp of approval! Lucky Cat is now in Miami … ill be head chef 👩🏼‍🍳 #luckycat #gordonramsay,” the 22-year-old captioned the video that she shared with her 6.5 million followers.

“My hesitation to show him when he said ‘may I,’” she poked fun at herself in a comment.
