Jordan Chiles is pure perfection, and she’s certainly got the scores to back that statement up.

2026 is already stacking up to be a career highlight for the Olympian, despite us only being a few weeks into the new year. After placing third overall in Season 34 of Dancing With the Stars last autumn—and turning in a finale performance so incredible that judge Carrie Ann Inaba called it, “the best Freestyle she had ever seen [...] hands down”—the superstar returned to her sport this winter.

Upon her UCLA homecoming, she continued to collect perfect scores, proving that, whether it’s in the ballroom or on the mat, fans can count on the athlete to deliver an unforgettable performance—and her latest meet was no exception.

10s across the board

Chiles’s latest triumph came this past Sunday, Jan. 25, when the gymnast scored a perfect 10 for floor as part of the UCLA Bruins’ meet against rival Michigan State at the Breslin Center.

As reported by the Daily Bruin, this win marks Chiles’s “seventh career perfect 10 on the event and first by any gymnast in 2026.” She also earned 9.950 on uneven bars, 9.950 on beam, 9.975 in vault and finished with an all-around score of 39.875. Per MLive, the Olympian’s all-around score “is the highest in the nation.”

The exceptional floor routine was Chiles’s second perfect score this month alone, as the athlete also earned a 10 on vault—her career first in that category—when UCLA met Nebraska on Jan. 17. After the event, the athlete took to Instagram to share her thoughts, writing, “Wow!! Another 10 in the books!! Honestly, words can’t describe how happy I am!!! It took me 4 years to finally get a 10 on vault!! Only going up from here!!! Anything is possible❤️.”

Fans are in her corner

And you better believe that fans of the Olympian and the incredible UCLA Bruins were quick to celebrate alongside the team, taking to the institution’s comment section on Instagram to cheer them on:

“Amazing performance Jordan! Congratulations on the 10! Go Bruins!” One fan wrote

“My favorite part is her team dancing along. Amazing!!!” Another added.

“@uclagymnastics choreography is always 🔥, watching @jordanchiles perform and earn a perfect 10 is next level 🤩,” a commenter cheered. “Feeling confident she’ll earn her grand slam this season!! 👏”

“TRULY THAT GIRL!!! Jordan has been on 🔥🔥🔥 this season!!! ❤️❤️❤️,” another concluded.

We’d have to agree with these lovely sentiments. In fact, it’s official, we’re calling it now: 2026 is the year of Chiles.
