Workout and wellness leader Melissa Wood-Tepperberg is always open and transparent about her personal journey with her online following. The 2023 SI Swimsuit rookie has been living alcohol-free since Nov. 4, 2019, and shared just a few benefits she’s reaped since then in a TikTok video this week.

“When you live life alcohol-free, you feel so damn good when you wake up in the morning,” Wood-Tepperberg stated. “Your skin reverses in age. You have so much energy. Your mood swings reduce, anxiety is seldom. You have no hangovers, and you quickly clean up your circle because you realize who is really meant to be in your life and you no longer hold onto those people who were just your drinking buddies.”

The MWH founder previously told SI Swimsuit that choosing to remove alcohol from her life just before launching her health and wellness app led her to feel better than ever.

“Here’s to celebrating, celebrating living life alcohol-free and shouting it from the damn rooftops because this is the movement I want to get behind,” she emphatically declared as she wrapped up her video.

Several of Wood-Tepperberg’s followers were inspired to share their feedback in the comments section.

“I love this and I couldn’t agree more!” a fan concurred.

“Well said. 😊,” someone else applauded.

“You quickly ‘clean up your circle’ is so true! Thank you for sharing 🫶🏼,” another follower wrote.
