Sometimes it’s hard to find the inclination to exercise. Whether your workouts are home-based or you prefer the gym, certified fitness trainer Katie Austin has some amazing advice when it comes to incorporating regular movement into your day: Make sure your workouts are self-motivated.

In a Feb. 25 Instagram post, the SI Swimsuit model offered up footage of herself wearing a two-piece set as she worked out at the gym. Austin performed strength training exercises, walked on a StairMaster, did some squats and stretched out on a yoga mat.

The 2022 co-Rookie of the Year backtracked her clip to the track “Fancy” by Drake.

“You don’t do it for the man, men never notice. You just do it for yourself, you’re the f------ coldest,” the five-time Grammy Award-winning rapper sang.

While Austin is a great example of hard work paying off, she shared some candid advice in her caption.

“reminder: workout for YOU, nobody else❤️‍🔥,” the health coach advised.

Plenty of Austin’s followers were inspired by her insightful words and meaningful mantra.

“I am FINALLY getting back into my workout routine after over a year. So this is very inspiring! 👏🏻👏🏻,” someone gushed.

“absolutely yes ! i love working out but it's only for myself ! also i love how the app is looking 😉💕,” a follower wrote.

“Beginning the gym on Monday, inspired by you! 🤍,” another person added.

“LOVE this!!!!! Xoxo,” Austin’s mom, fitness guru Denise Austin, said.

Austin is the creator of the Katie Austin App, where subscribers can find on-demand home workouts, live classes and healthy recipes. She’ll return to the SI Swimsuit Issue this spring for her third consecutive year
