Jennifer Aniston’s Workout Playlist Features Lizzo, Rihanna on Heavy Rotation

Jennifer Aniston is opening up about her workout routine, and we’re all ears. The Friends actress recently chatted with InStyle about her fitness journey of late and divulged her go-to playlist for the gym.

“There are so many!” the 54-year-old actress admitted of her soundtrack. “I’m really into Lizzo right now, I love Rihanna, of course, and I love old-school ’90s hip-hop.”

Aniston, who recently partnered with home workout company Pvolve, also noted that she loves a low-impact workout with friends. In addition to functional exercise, the actress told TODAY that her healthy lifestyle also consists of fueling her body with healthy salads, getting enough sleep and staying hydrated.

When Aniston announced her Pvolve collaboration on Instagram on June 6, plenty of her 42.3 million followers flooded the comments section with enthusiasm.

“Will I get your legs?” Ali Wentworth inquired.

“I need this in my life with girlfriends asap!! 😍,” Elizabeth Perkins added.

“Oh my God, please come to New York City and host a class that we can all attend and learn from the best,” Katie Jane Hughes pleaded.

“Good Lord Jennifer, how can you get prettier and prettier with time?” a fan applauded.
