Some mornings call for a long and lazy breakfast over coffee, while others necessitate grabbing something quick as you run out the door. When it comes to the latter, we know we can always rely on Katie Austin’s healthy and tasty recipes for inspiration.

Earlier this week, the certified fitness trainer shared a recipe for high-protein egg bites on her Instagram story that fits the bill. The 30-year-old SI Swimsuit model filmed herself making the quick and easy recipe, and best of all, her method requires only six ingredients and minimal cook time.

Katie Austin’s High-Protein Egg Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. cottage cheese

  • 1/2 c. cheese
