Katie Austin is back with another fitness hack: little moves you can do while cooking for those extra busy days when you don’t have time for a complete workout. The fitness influencer is constantly sharing new ways to get active and encourages her fans and followers to move their bodies a little bit each day.

The three-time SI Swimsuit model, who co-won the 2021 Swim Search and was named co-Rookie of the Year in 2022, shared a recent TikTok of three quick and easy micro-movements that require no equipment and can be done in the kitchen—or just about anywhere.

“Don’t have time to workout today? I got you! Try these moves while you cook,” read the on-screen text. “Your muscles don’t know if you’re in the gym or just in your kitchen. This could seem small, but every little thing adds up!”

The 29-year-old wore a brown sports bra and leggings set and held on to a table. She began the video with one foot on the ground with the other raised to the side. She pointed her toe and pulsed her foot up and down a few inches. Her next workout featured tricep push-ups on the kitchen counter, while the final move was single-leg kickbacks.

“Spice up your cooking with these moves👩‍🍳💪,” Austin captioned the June 10 video she shared with her 733,000 platform followers. The clip was set to a remix of Morgan Wallen’s “Last Night.”
