As a former Division I lacrosse player at USC, Katie Austin certainly knows her way around a gym. Her own fitness journey leading up to and during college has transitioned nicely into a career as a certified fitness trainer and health coach.

The SI Swimsuit model’s resume makes her a great candidate for our at-home fitness training needs. Austin has taken to sharing her fitness tips and tricks on her social media platforms, most notably her TikTok, which has amassed over 735,000 followers. And her workouts never disappoint.

Recently, the influencer shared a quick clip of what she deems the five best moves for building lower body strength, particularly in the legs and booty. Using only an adjustable bench and some dumbbells, Austin demonstrated the simple moves in a black sports bra with white stitching and a black pair of biker shorts.

In the video, the former college athlete performed box jumps, reverse lunges to step up, raised deep squats, bulgarian split squats and hip thrusts.

The post, which she shared to the tune of "Give it to me x London Bridge” by ALTÉGO, was aptly captioned, “If you want to get a stronger lower body you haveee to try these legs and booty power moves 🔥🔥.”
