Certified fitness trainer Katie Austin is all about creating mindful movement, and her latest arms and abs interval training workout is a great way to do just that while exercising at home. The 30-year-old SI Swimsuit model shared the simple routine to Instagram on Feb. 6, which features the following:

First set

  1. Power walk
  2. Front raise
  3. Standing crunch
  4. Shoulder fly

Second set

  1. Power walk or run
  2. Back fly
  3. Tricep kickbacks
  4. Cross punches

Third set

  1. Power walk or run
  2. Side dips
  3. Side dips other side
  4. Around the worlds

Austin then concluded the workout with a cool down walk on the treadmill. And while she didn’t provide exact timeframes for each movement, Austin demonstrated each in her Instagram reel.

“This Arms + Abs Tread Interval is the perfect combo of cardio & toning! Give it a try and tell me what you think 🤩🤩,” she wrote in her caption.

“I can’t wait for this !!!” one fan declared in the comments section.

“👏👏👏,” a few others noted in the form of emojis.

In addition to the example she shared to social media, Austin just launched a brand new set of treadmill workouts on The Katie Austin App. The “Walk It Out Tread Series” contains exercises like a 20-Minute Beginner Interval Tread Routine and a 10-Minute Tread Destress Routine.
