This Kayla Itsines 15-Minute No Equipment Set Will Effectively Tone Your Abs and Arms

While many of her routines require a little bit of equipment and a decent amount of time, she has several that are designed specifically with busy schedules and travel in mind. Such is the case for her latest arms and abs set, which she recently shared to Instagram. It includes the following four moves:

  1. In and out plank (12 reps)
  2. Lay-down push-up (12 reps)
  3. Bent-leg raise (12 reps)
  4. Side plank (30 seconds per side)
