In recent years, working out has gotten a little bit of a makeover. It’s no longer about long in-person training sessions in the gym, requiring lots of equipment and tons of time—at least, it doesn’t have to be about that.

These days, there are so many other ways to strengthen and tone your body that don’t require all of your time or an expensive gym membership. Enter instructors like Kayla Itsines, cofounder of Sweat, a digital fitness platform meant to bring your fitness routine right to your home.

Her latest ab routine is the perfect example of this new, versatile model. In an Instagram video that the Australian-based instructor shared to her account, she performed the following set three times, outdoors under the sun (only further proof that these sets can be performed just about anywhere).

Here are the five moves that she walked through:

  1. Ab bikes (12 reps)
  2. Leg raise (12 reps)
  3. Lateral shoot through (12 reps)
  4. Side plank crunch (six reps on each side)
  5. Mountain climbers (12 reps)

“Honestly, I LOVE the feeling of a burning core... anyone else?” Itsines quipped in the caption of the video. We completely agree—there’s no better way to round out a workout than a burning. If you feel the same, be sure to check out her latest set (and follow her form guidance, too).

You no longer need a bunch of weights to get a good workout in. Simply grab a mat and establish a little bit of space at home—or on vacation—and get sweating.
