“You’ll see the most progress if you do this one thing... Start showing up consistently,” she wrote on a video of herself performing a series of strength moves that she shared to her Instagram account. That’s all it takes.
Listen, we know consistency isn’t always easy—we’re all busy, and going to the gym or hitting the mat at home isn’t always our top priority. But if you make time for your fitness routine (even just a few minutes on your busiest days), Itsines promises you will start to see results.
No matter what, her “answer will always be the same,” and that answer is simply to always show up. That means you have to “show up even when it’s hard,” or “even on the days when you don’t want to,” Itsines explained.
All it takes, at the end of the day, is “making yourself a priority.” In due time, progress and visible results will come.
