Megan Roup knows what it’s like to busy. Not only is she a full-time business owner as the founder of The Sculpt Society, but she’s also a mom of two. So, she knows a thing or two about fitting movement into a busy schedule. It’s not always easy.

With that in mind, Roup has created and released several quick sets on her fitness platform and her social media channels that are designed to fit into hectic daily schedules. You may not have an hour each day to give to movement, but you always have a few minutes between work calls or obligations to get a quick session in.

That’s the whole idea behind her platform’s latest 5-minute workout. In the Instagram demonstration video, Matthew Aaron Liotine, The Sculpt Society instructor who led the workout, branded it as a set “you can do between Zoom calls.”

Using a pair of ankle weights, find a comfortable spot on your floor and get to work. The set, which takes just a few minutes, is composed of just the following three moves:

  1. Single leg bridge (12 per side)
  2. Kick center to ceiling (12 per side)
  3. Slice center to ceiling (12 per side)

If you have more than five minutes to give to your movement, perhaps try repeating the set a few times. Whether you just do it once or a handful of times, though, the point remains: a busy schedule doesn’t have to keep you from moving full-stop.
