Megan Roup is doing what she does best: constantly innovating to revolutionize the way that we move. Her goal seems simply to curate workouts and fitness routines accessible to all, meaning ready to be done just about anywhere with little to no equipment required.

She consistently preaches the idea that we should prioritize movement, even if only for five or 10 minutes per day, while still making time for rest and recovery, of course. With that in mind, Roup has created her own collection of cozy sculpt classes, workouts meant to be conducted “in your pj’s,” right after you’ve “roll[ed] out of bed,” she said in an Instagram post.

The idea is simple: working out in the morning can be tough, but cozy sculpt makes it more appealing and, thus, more accessible. “Working out doesn’t have to mean 6 A.M. HIIT classes before work,” Roup explains, “it can be a 20 min[ute] cozy sculpt in your sweats to get your body moving.”

The collection, which she launched on Feb. 6, will include classes that “are easy to fit into a hectic month; perfect for when you’re not in the mood for a long workout, but know movement will help you relax, de-stress, and feel better.”
