Melissa Wood-Tepperberg Created a 7-Day Workout Challenge to Prep for Her SI Swimsuit Photo Shoot
When wellness leader Melissa Wood-Tepperberg found out she was going to be a 2023 SI Swimsuit rookie, she got right to work.
Wood-Tepperberg is the founder of MWH, a platform that aims to make health and wellness accessible to all. So accessible, in fact, that the 40-year-old mom of two just dropped the workout program that she used to prepare for her SI Swimsuit photo shoot in Dominica on her website.
In an Instagram post she shared Friday, Wood-Tepperberg expressed that she felt both physically and mentally ready for the opportunity to pose for SI Swimsuit.
“I literally felt born ready for this moment and the consistency I have in my practice really amplified that feeling,” she wrote. “When you show up for consistently - you not only feel physically ready for whatever comes your way, but most importantly … you are so mentally prepared.”
Wood-Tepperberg went on to reveal that although she felt prepared for the opportunity, there wasn’t much time between receiving the exciting news and flying to the Caribbean for her photo shoot. She put together what she referred to as an “amped-up” seven-day challenge for herself, which she’s now sharing with her fans.
“Whether you are looking to step things up or are looking for a challenge in your routine - I’ve got you more than covered,” she continued. “This 7 day program with all Brand New workouts is more than 🔥. I can confidently say - this might be the best challenge on MWH yet.”

“Amazing!!! So deserved!” a fan gushed in the comments. “Cannot wait for the 7 day challenge! 🔥🔥🔥.”
“I am sooo looking forward to this challenge,” someone else stated. “I've been doing your workout for 3 years now, but the challenges are really next level!! Keep going!!”
