Melissa Wood-Tepperberg is well-known and well-loved for her versatile and buildable at-home workouts fit for a small space and a busy schedule. But, in addition to her inspirational Move With Heart podcast, the workout and wellness leader is also renowned for sharing body and mental wellness tips and tricks on her popular social media channels.

In the name of Monday motivation, Wood-Tepperberg shared a video to her Melissa Wood Health Instagram page on Sept. 11, featuring three important questions worth asking yourself each and every day for the sake of focusing on the right things at the start of the week.

Wood-Tepperberg practiced her morning yoga flow and stretching routine in a vibrant green biker shorts and sports bra set as she posed the questions to her followers. The three simple reflections she encouraged are “What are your intentions?,” “What are you excited for?” and “How can you show yourself more love?”

She encouraged her followers to think over the three questions for the sake of “get[ting] focused on more of what you want to attract into your daily life,” she wrote in the caption.

As she sat on her mat and smiled at the camera before signing off, she reminded her fans that any habit and wellness practice is about “progress over perfection. You got this,” she wrote on the short clip.

The 40-year-old has proven herself very thoughtful and reflective on her social channels and her podcast and encourages her wellness students to be likewise focused on promoting mental wellness in their everyday lives.
