Workout and wellness leader Melissa Wood-Tepperberg recently had an iconic guest on her Move With Heart podcast: New York Times best-selling author and meditation guru Deepak Chopra.

The 2023 SI Swimsuit rookie shared a clip from their meaningful conversation to Instagram on Oct. 25, and during the segment, the duo discussed ways in which listeners can actively tap into peace.

“Learn to be quiet and do nothing,” Chopra offered. “Even spiritual practice sometimes becomes an occupation. And if it becomes an occupation for you, then you’re not free.”

Wood-Tepperberg noted in her caption that one of her “ultimate desires” in starting her podcast was to one have Chopra on as a featured guest. At the start of the clip, she noted that the Chopra Foundation founder has been part of her personal meditation journey for the last 15 years, so this was clearly a deeply meaningful opportunity for the MWH founder.

Tons of Wood-Tepperberg’s 1.1 million followers chimed in to the comments section to express their excitement over the pairing and to note they could hardly wait to listen to the full episode.

“Oh wow I can’t wait to listen to this and couldn’t be happier for you fulfilling this amazing goal Melissa we love you! ❤️💙,” one fan wrote.

“Wow!!!” a user exclaimed. “What an incredible person to sit down with 👏🏼🤍.”

“So proud you did this,” another person cheered. “Been a big fan and follower of his forever ❤️.”

“Big fan of his, and yours.. listening to this one today! 🙏🏼 ❤️,” someone else stated.
