Melissa Wood-Tepperberg is sharing another one of her favorite wellness secrets. We all know she loves a good dry brushing session to unclog pores, exfoliate, increase blood circulation and promote lymphatic drainage, but the mom of two just broke down her exact routine and it’s actually super simple.

The 2023 SI Swimsuit rookie, who is the founder of MWH, detailed the process, targeted to promote digestion, in her latest TikTok video.

Wood-Tepperberg’s step-by-step dry brushing technique for digestion involves the following:

  1. Start with the sides of the abdomen.
  2. Brush in a clockwise, circular motion.
  3. Move toward the pelvic area.
  4. Repeat daily for best results.

The 40-year-old donned a string brown bikini set and dainty gold jewelry in her video. She attached the hit single “Barbie World (with Aqua) [From Barbie The Album]” by Nicki Minaj as the audio.

She used the G.Tox Ultimate Dry Brush ($25) from Gwyneth Paltrow’s modern lifestyle brand, Goop.

“Dry brushing is something that I absolutely swear by, and try to do every single day,” she captioned a TikTok last year, in which she filmed her routine. “Take 1-2 min to dry brush before you get in the shower, and trust me it is game changing.”
