On July 12, the 2023 SI Swimsuit rookie shared a teaser of the type of value subscribers will glean from her app on Instagram. Wood-Tepperberg provided the three moves that she says “changed my arms,” including elbow to chest toss backs, arm circles and tricep pulses. The 40-year-old workout and wellness leader stood atop a yoga mat in a white athleisure set as she performed each move with a single weight in each hand.

“I have literally tried everything when it comes to building more definition in my arms and it wasn’t until consistently doing my arm series combined with pilates & yoga focused workouts that gave me sleek, sculpted arms,” she wrote in her caption, noting that the aforementioned low-impact movements can deliver incredible results.

“You’ve transformed my arms 100%,” Lindsay Weiss wrote in the form of a glowing testimonial.

“Thanks to YOU I created my dream arms!!! 😍,” someone else shared. “I LOVE your arm series because I can literally do them everyday anywhere!! So simple, strong and super effective 💪🏼.”

“Seriously thanks to you my arms have never looked better 😍😍,” another fan applauded. “Key is to stay consistent and it works!!”
