When it comes to wellness-related resources for 2024, we know we can turn to Melissa Wood-Tepperberg for some insight. The workout and wellness leader shared a thoughtful Instagram reel on Dec. 31, in which she reminded her 1.1 million followers not to feel pressured to look outward when it comes to resolutions.

“We’re so programmed to look at what everyone else is doing we so easily forget to turn the lense on our own lives. Focus on you,” she suggested in her caption. “What you want to call in and leave behind. Let go of all the bs that’s holding you back and take ownership of your life. You are powerful beyond measure and there is a realm of infinite possibilities out there for all of us. You really and truly are - entirely up to you.”

Alongside the words of wisdom, Wood-Tepperberg shared a serene clip of herself meditating on a beautiful balcony at sunrise with gorgeous beach scenery below.

Plenty of the MWH founder’s fans and friends chimed in to the comments section to share similar thoughts on her point of view.

“2024 is about changing the moment YOU are in!!! Agree 1000%!!!” one person noted. “May love and hope be spread to everyone this New Year!! -🫶🏼🤍🫶🏼-.”
