Fitness influencer Nina Agdal graces the cover of Daily Front Row’s February/March issue and in an accompanying feature story, the former SI Swimsuit model talked about everything from her upcoming projects to her current health and wellness routine.

Agdal, who will turn 31 in March, admitted that she’s “neglected” several areas of her life over the past few years, so she’s choosing to prioritize self-care these days.

“I’m basically picking up some of the pieces I was struggling with for a while, both physically and mentally, so I can be stronger. This pertains to both personal and business success,” she stated. “Therapy, meditation, prioritizing physical/mental health and spending time figuring out how I can feel my best have been big priorities in addition to dealing with regular life programming.”

The 2014 SI Swimsuit Issue cover model also divulged that while her 20s were filled with all kinds of fun, she’s looking forward to embracing the decade ahead of her using what she’s learned over the years.

“It’s as if I’m building a toolbox on how to live the best way I can. The older I grow, the bigger that toolbox gets,” she said. “I’m so excited for this decade and to see what it has in store for me! Also, the 30s are definitely the new 20s!”

The fashion publication shared Agdal’s cover image in a joint Instagram post on Feb. 21. The 30-year-old posed on a beach chair in a brown-and-white one-shoulder swimsuit with a hand on her cheek as her long locks flowed over the opposite shoulder.

“The Hautest Winter Ever! with Nina Agdal,” read the magazine’s cover.
