It’s getting closer to the summer season with each passing day, and that means it’s time to break out your best bikini at the beach. We’re loving Sailor Brinkley-Cook’s outlook on embracing one’s body in any shape or form this time of year.

The three-time SI Swimsuit model took to Instagram on Monday to share her refreshing point of view on obtaining a bikini body.

“Lets all remember just how wonderful, magical, powerful, sensual, flexible, durable, fantastical and beautiful our bodies are,” the 24-year-old wrote. “Just as they are. Right now. With or without a special diet. With or without a gnarly workout routine.”

Brinkley-Cook accompanied the sentiment with a photo of herself sitting on a dock in a black bikini as she gazed out toward the water.

“Celebrate yourself,” she encouraged. “Our bodies keep us safe and alive. They carry us through this life. They expand and shrink and build and stretch and curve and squish. Let’s enjoy the changing of the seasons and let’s enjoy the changes of our bodies.”

Plenty of Brinkley-Cook’s 194,000 IG followers were equally impressed with her body-positive outlook.

“That’s my girl💛🤜🏼🤛🏼,” her supermodel mother, Christie Brinkley, gushed in the comments.

“Wise words, beautiful words 🫶,” another person applauded.

“Just what I needed to hear today. Love it 👍👏👙,” an additional fan added.

“All of the above!” someone else agreed. “Especially the ‘expand, shrink, build, stretch, curve and squish’ part! ❤️.”
