Sixtine is celebrating Valentine’s Day with some inspiring self-love facts and we’re totally here for it. The body neutrality influencer took to Instagram on Feb. 14 to share some sweet and moving words to remind fans that your body does not define you and that thhere’s so much more to life than what you look like.

We can always count on the 2023 SI Swimsuit rookie for a midday pick-me-up.

“happy valentine’s day lovers ❣️ just a few reminders just to remind you that love for yourself is just as important as the love you have for others 💌,” the 26-year-old captioned her video, which she also shared on TikTok. Sixtine tried on a few different pajama and lingerie sets from Victoria’s Secret to the upbeat, romantic melody of “Kiss Me” by Sixpence None the Richer.

“Watch me try on my favorite valentine’s day pieces from VS while I give you some self love reminders,” the content creator stated as the video began.

Her self-love messages are as follows:

Your worth is not defined by your size, weight or appearance.

Your body is the least interesting thing about you.

Your body is not supposed to look like it did in high school (you were a child!).

Things like cellulite, stretch marks and rolls are completely normal and natural to have.

Not every body type is meant to be a size 0, and thats O.K.

A lot of what you see on social media is fake or exaggerated or tailored. Try not to get caught up in it.

Life is so much more fun when you stop waiting to be a certain size or look a certain way to start living it.

These statements are worth repeating on Valentine’s Day or any occasion, in our book.
