Alix Earle and ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Partner Val Chmerkovskiy Reunite in New Video

Alix Earle has certainly been busy. In the past couple of weeks alone, the model and content creator has been trekking all over the country, between celebrating her friend’s birthday in Miami and dancing on the field during Bad Bunny’s incredible Super Bowl halftime show in San Francisco. Still, she’s not done taking the first quarter of 2026 by storm, as she just teased her upcoming return to the Dancing With the Stars stage.
“Valix is backkkkkkkk”
In case you missed it, Earle came in second place on the latest season of the popular ABC competition show alongside her pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy, finishing just behind Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy winners Robert Irwin and his pro partner Witney Carson. During her time on the program, the content creator earned multiple perfect scores from the judges, with her trio of finale performances the only ones to earn perfect 10s across all three dances.
Earle took a break from the ballroom after the show’s finale aired, but she’s gearing up to head out on the road with the program for several tour stops this month. The content creator is currently set to appear in three shows this coming weekend: on Saturday, Feb. 14, she’ll be in Newark, N.J., at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, and on Sunday, Feb. 15, she’ll be in two shows at the iconic Radio City Music Hall in New York, N.Y. For all events, she’ll appear alongside fellow Season 34 contestants Danielle Fisher and Andy Richter. (You can learn more here!)
So, to celebrate this feat, Earle took to Instagram on Wednesday, Feb. 11, to let her 5.5 million loyal followers know that she and her Chmerkovskiy had officially reunited—and she did so via a very on-brand video for the pair. In the clip, Earle shook in pretend fear as Chmerkovskiy confidently entered the practice area, slicking back his hair, spraying himself with cologne and warming up for their routine without a worry in the world. An ominous viral sound played over the clip as the pro dancer lip-synced along, asking Earle, “Did you miss me?”
DWTS fans (and familiar faces) rejoice
Naturally, fans and friends of the duo were all too happy to see the stars back together after their dominant run on the dance floor, taking to the comment section to express their excitement.
“👏👏,” judge Derek Hough applauded.
“yesss 🔥🔥🔥,” pro dancer (and wife of Chmerkovskiy) Jenna Johnson cheered.
“YES! We missss team Valix ❤️❤️,” Anna Petrosian concluded.
And we’d absolutely have to agree with all of the above. Needless to say, we can’t wait to see what impressive moves these two pull out when they take to the stage this weekend!
