Margot Robbie’s Recent Interview Had an Adorable Interruption

The actress’s chat with ‘Access Hollywood’ was interrupted by a surprise guest.

Margot Robbie’s mini-me may be destined for stardom with the way her baby boy can steal the spotlight!

During an interview with Access Hollywood for Robbie’s latest project, A Big Bold Beautiful Journey, the actress’s 10-month-old son started crying in the background, as reported by PEOPLE. Amused yet apologetic, the actress quickly expressed her apologies for her little one’s interruption, stating, “I’m so sorry about that. [About] how loud my baby is.”

Thinking on his toes, the interviewer asked her a question about her baby, which Robbie answered, giving fans a quick peek at her outlook on motherhood thus far. “Isn’t there a part of you that’s like ‘Yes?’” the interviewer inquired. She replied, “I know. Literally, every time I want to go, ‘That’s my baby!'”

And August is the month that keeps on giving for fans of the three-time Academy Award nominee, as Robbie also opened up about parent life earlier this month with Entertainment Online. With the media outlet, she and A Big Bold Beautiful Journey co-star Colin Farrell discussed how being a parent has enriched their respective lives.

“Two decades in, still treading water most days,” Farrell joked about his two sons. “Oh my god. It’s meant everything to me. Being a dad? Yeah, it’s meant everything to me. And yeah, I don’t want to put that they’re everything to me on them because that’s—but they are the most important facets of my life and have been since they came into being.”

He continued, “They taught me so much. Whoever I am today, it’s in great part to do with [them].”

Robbie held the same sentiments, adding that the way parents feel about their children being their whole world is something she believes only parents can relate to, adding, “It’s funny. You try to explain to someone who has kids, you don’t need to, because they get it. And if they don’t, it’s probably just really boring to hear. It’s the best.”

The details surrounding Robbie’s life as a mother are mostly kept private, but what is known is that she and her husband, Tom Ackerley, welcomed their baby boy into the world in 2024—though their son’s name, birthdate and more have yet to be revealed.

Perhaps in the future, Robbie will allow the world to peer into her life as a mother. Until then, however, fans will have to make do with the adorable baby cries in the background of her interviews.
