Chloe Kim’s Sensational New York City Style Deserves an Award All Its Own

Chloe Kim has continued to catch our attention after her third Olympic stint came to a close earlier this week. The snowboarder, who notched a silver medal for the United States in the Women’s Halfpipe at the Milan Cortina Games, has been spotted all over New York City following the competition and debuted several fashion-forward looks on location.
Kim’s monochromatic moment
The athlete played with patterns while on a stroll in this workwear-inspired ensemble. Her trousers featured a grid-like pattern, falling just above her ivory, heeled boots. She finished the look with a peach-colored button-up top, a warm cropped trench coat, a slouchy leather handbag and some dainty jewelry—like her butterfly necklace.
A tailored designer display
Harper's Bazaar noted that this form-fitting ensemble was previously spotted on the runway during designer Thom Browne’s Spring/Summer 2026 show. The snowboarder repped the label from head to toe, including her ribbed socks and striped necktie, tossing her hair into a casual updo.
A snowy morning show style
Kim chatted with the folks of Today in an outfit that stylishly braved the winter East Coast weather. She showcased a vibrant orange midi skirt, paired with a long-sleeve, suede button-up and onyx-colored closed-toed pumps. While she nixed her jacket during her on-screen stint, she threw on a fur-trimmed coat when she headed outside and held onto a leather handbag with gold hardware.
Sharing the look on Instagram, she tagged designer label Ferragamo alongside the daytime look, as fellow Olympians shared sweet sentiments over her trio of frames. “Snow queen 👑🔥,” Lindsey Vonn penned in Kim’s comment section. Suni Lee—who met up with Kim in the Big Apple—also chimed in with, “perf.”
During her appearance on the program, Kim also shared what’s on her agenda following her latest competition. “I’m going on vacation. I’m so excited,” she told Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones. She later added, “I actually haven’t really been on vacation. Like, I’ll maybe go on a trip every two years [but] I haven’t gone with the intention of it being a vacation ...”
In a separate conversation on the show, she shared a bit more insight into what that “vacation” would look like, and while she mentioned that a “cute snow moment wouldn’t be awful,” she’d rather spend some time in the sun. “I do want to go to the beach. I need to go to the beach, you know, have a marg.”
