Chrissy Teigen has done it again. She has proven that she has what it takes to execute the trending mob wife aesthetic that has taken over social media in recent weeks.

She attempted—and nailed—the style for the first time a couple of weeks ago, when she dressed up a black leather blazer with lace gloves and a Chanel purse. But now, she’s gone and done it again, proving that the style wasn’t just a phase for her.

Teigen’s latest take on the popular style was more understated than the first iteration, but there was no denying that it fit the trend. The SI Swimsuit model showed off her trendy aesthetic on Instagram on Feb. 13.

She started, as all mob wife looks should, with a black base. To satisfy this requirement, Teigen opted for a pair of black high-waisted pants and a wide black leather belt. But it was her top that really screamed “mob wife” to us. Though animal print wasn’t mentioned in the original explanations of the style, we think that it fits into the whole style seamlessly.

Teigen’s tucked-in cheetah print sure felt perfectly in line with our vision of the mob wife look. With the addition of animal print shoes and a feathered purse—which accounted, in our minds, for the fur stipulation—her look was complete.

She may not have declared herself an adherent to mob wife style this time around, but we know the aesthetic when we see it. And Teigen is simply a natural.
