Hailey Bieber Is Bringing Bubblegum Pink Nails Back With Latest Manicure

The simple, but elegant look is perfect for spring.

Spring is on the way. If you can’t tell by the weather (though we’re fairly sure temperatures are heating up across the country), you’ll know it by Hailey Bieber’s latest manicure.

Gone are the days of the deep reds, the moody browns and the inky blacks. Those tones are perfect for the late fall and the deep winter, but spring calls for something a bit more, shall we say, bubbly.

Enter Bieber’s latest nail color choice: a light, semitransparent bubblegum pink (pictured in the last slide of a recent Instagram post). It’s just pale enough that, in some lights, you might mistake it for her natural nail color. But it’s just pink enough that it adds just a little bit of intrigue to an everyday outfit. Plus, it adds a bit of shimmer to her look, which is never a bad thing.

While she’s been known to rock a more dramatic look, her latest announces the spring season with little fanfare. If, like Bieber, you’re one to keep your nails in tip-top shape, but don’t alway like the hassle of indulging in a design more involved or dramatic, the barely bubblegum pink might just be the answer for you.

Spring manicures can take a lot of forms. Some people opt for pastels or bright neons. We’re never ones to judge a carefully curated nail design—to each their own! But we do know that you simply can’t go wrong with the Bieber-approved pale pink. Next time you head to the nail salon, give the style a thought. It’s simple (but elegant) enough that we’re sure you won’t regret it.
