Hailey Bieber’s Cozy-Casual Lakers Game Day ‘Fit Includes a Leather Jacket, Perfect Jeans and a Backwards Cap
Hailey Bieber might be best known for her chic, comfortable model-off-duty street style, but her courtside ’fits are also no stranger to making headlines.
The Rhode skincare founder attended a basketball game between the Los Angeles Lakers and Oklahoma City Thunder at Crypto.com Arena on Jan. 15 alongside bestie and fellow model Kendall Jenner and fashion label STAUD’s designer Sarah Staudinger.
The trio rocked cool and casual outfits and we certainly took style notes from the New York native, who now lives in LA with husband and singer Justin Bieber.
The 27-year-old rocked the most perfect light-wash baggy jeans with a luxurious dark gray buttoned-up cardigan and navy Miu Miu loafer heels.
She added a sporty twist to the look with a washed charcoal backwards baseball cap, and incorporated edgy vibes with her signature oversized floor-length designer leather jacket.
Her short brown locks were styled into two loose braids, with several face-framing pieces left loose and peeking out the front of her hat. We’re instantly reminded of Rachel Green’s iconic 90s style and short hair era in Friends.
She accessorized with small hoop earrings, chunky gold rings, and of course a Rhode peptide lip treatment—specifically the espresso shade of the new lip tint.
Bieber designed her own capsule collection with Wardrobe.NYC in Sept. 2022.
“I’m extremely picky about the way things fit in general, so with these pieces I was over-the-top specific about the dimensions of each one. My personal style comes through in all the pieces, from the casual comfy ones to the more elevated, structured items,” she explained. “My style constantly mixes comfort and elevation, which is what I wanted to do with these clothes. We landed on each piece by my figuring out what the core pieces are in my day-to-day wardrobe, and those that I think can live forever, like an amazing coat and a great blazer, and then combining those with easy, everyday layering pieces.”
