We may not be able to count on much these days, but we can always count on Jenna Ortega to serve us up some seriously stylish alt fashion!

The 22-year-old Beetlejuice Beetlejuice star took a break from promoting her many 2025 projects to stop by the Glastonbury Festival in England over the weekend, and you better believe she came ready to enjoy the many musical acts and party in comfortable, festival-ready style.

Taking to her Instagram account to share a new nine-photo carousel captioned, “Come a little bit closer……… ❤️❤️❤️ @glastofest @defender #candidajones,” the actress looked like a relatable festival attendee, walking around the crowded grounds and posing for blurry photos with her friends.

In her signature style, Ortega donned an all-black base consisting of a strappy black mini dress and matching black combat boots. She layered the look with an oversized olive green collared shirt, accessorizing the casual look further with hoop earrings and a simple pair of rectangular sunnies—a shape and style that are quickly becoming a celebrity staple this summer.

Her long brunette tresses looked lighter than usual under the sun, parted down the middle and left natural for that classic ‘70s shag. Her makeup was a softer glam, highlighting her natural beauty and flawless skin—the perfect choice for trekking around on what was sure to be a humid afternoon.

And it’s always wonderful to see the actress out and about enjoying time with her friends, as she recently revealed it was difficult for her to do so in the aftermath of Netflix’s mega-hit show Wednesday back in 2022.

In May, Ortega opened up to Harper’s Bazaar about this phenomenon, saying, “To be quite frank, after the show and trying to figure everything out, I was an unhappy person. After the pressure, the attention as somebody who’s quite introverted, that was so intense and so scary.”

But she noted she’s adjusting to the spotlight as she preps for season 2, where she’ll not only reprise her now-iconic role but will also serve as a producer, revealing the new episodes are “bigger, bolder, gorier, and a bit darker.”

And speaking of “a bit darker,” she also chatted with the magazine about her ever-changing fashion tastes, and longtime fans might be surprised to learn her “signature” casual goth aesthetic was not always her top choice of dress.

“I definitely feel like I have a bit more Gothic taste than I did when I was a teenager,” she told the magazine. “I’ve always been into dark things or been fascinated by them, but I was a Disney kid, and the whole thing is being bubbly and kind and overly sweet.”

Ortega will return to our screens as the titular character when the highly anticipated second season of Wednesday hits Netflix this August.
