Margot Robbie Channels 1970s Chic With Perfect Autumn Accessory

The beloved actress and new mom looked incredible while stopping by BBC Radio One this week.

Well, Margot Robbie has certainly had one fabulously fashion-forward week!

The beloved actress and new mom had been mostly out of the spotlight in 2024 following a career-defining run in 2023, thanks to her role in the box office hit Barbie. Robbie took a break from acting after the film’s success, with reports from November 2024 confirming that the star had welcomed her first child with husband Tom Ackerley.

But that break is now over, as Robbie is returning to screens this year in the upcoming A Big Bold Beautiful Journey. And, as she did with Barbie, her many fashionable looks for the film’s press tour have already been delighting fans, with her latest ensemble being no exception.

On Friday, Robbie was seen at BBC Radio One sporting a casual daywear look that merged 1970s chic with 1990s cool girl glam. According to Marie Claire, the unique U-neckline top, which was crafted in a beautiful beige and studded with dazzling jewels and three dainty buttons, was from the Chanel Resort 2026 line. This, of course, checks out—as the actress has long been an ambassador for the designer brand.

Robbie dressed the look down from its original runway styling, opting for a pair of high-waisted flared denim jeans, a Chanel-branded handbag, rectangular sunglasses, dangling earrings and a pair of strappy golden sandals. She later topped the sleek outfit with the perfect autumn accessory: an oversized jacket in a shade matching the top.

Her long blonde hair was left down for her day out, cascading onto her shoulders in casual waves. Meanwhile, her glam was a natural, neutral look, with matte skin and a glossy pink lip proving to be ideal choices.

As noted above, the actress has been having a seriously spectacular style run over the last seven days alone. Earlier this week, Robbie landed back on the radar of fashion lovers courtesy of her pastel pink layered ensemble at the London photocall for her upcoming film, with the soft tones and sultry styling of the otherwise simple pieces making for a memorable moment.

And speaking of “memorable moments,” fans barely had time to recover from her photocall outfit before the actress took their breath away again with the head-turning Armani Privé Spring 2025 gown she wore for the film’s UK premiere. The piece was almost entirely sheer, adorned with delicate crystal embroidery, offering a truly daring cut-out in back for a moment Vogue referred to on their Instagram account as a “Mic drop.”

Needless to say—whether it’s from her talented performances or her incredible sense of style—we can’t wait to see what this talented superstar will take our breath away with next!
