The Love Island USA star was particularly intentional about this, as she seeks to make her account a place of refuge for those in need of a confidence boost or some much-needed inspiration.

“I want women who look at my page to feel inspired to love themselves, to confidently express every aspect of themselves,” Carthen told Harper’s Bazaar Vietnam for her November 2025 digital cover story. “Confidence is beauty. I want anyone who sees a part of themselves in me to understand that they can overcome anything, just by believing they were born to be different.”

She went on, adding, “Listen to your intuition and strive for what you believe is meant for you.”
