Simone Ashley Brings Major Style to Her First NFL Game Alongside Ciara

Ashley’s American football debut earns her a touchdown.

Two queens have come together to maximize their joint slay!

Simone Ashley spent time with 2022 SI Swimsuit cover model Ciara to commemorate her first-ever NFL game during preseason on Saturday, Aug. 16, in New Jersey. The British actress made sure to make her American football debut as stylish as ever, wearing a cream white ensemble that blended casual, sophisticated and daring.

The print of the two-piece is praiseworthy, but it’s the see-through fabric at the hem of the shirt and skirt that really makes the outfit pop.

In addition to being a stellar option for the football stadium sidelines, this outfit makes for a great choice for a night out at dinner with the singer. The same sentiment is felt for Ciara’s attire, as she sported a red, white and blue football jersey with her husband Russell Wilson’s number. The New York Giants ended up winning against the New York Jets 31-12 in the preseason game.

Lady and the Tramp vibes are alive and well as the two ladies share some pasta, and so are the vibes of friendship. This is something that means a lot to Ashley, as she’s previously opened up about how much she benefits from having a strong community.

When speaking to Harper’s Bazaar UK, the 30-year-old Bridgerton star discussed her love for being surrounded by people who adore her for who she is—clumsiness and all.

“My friends would describe me as clumsy and kind,” she shared. “I think especially when my schedule is all over the place. One of my best friends he’s always like ‘Go sure. You’re my Bridget Jones.’ So I’m just a bit chaotic.”

Sentimental about her loved ones, she added, “I love my friends. They are the best things in my life, and I always choose to be as kind as I am to them.

Ciara being added to the people whom Ashley loves to have in her corner is so fun for fans to see. Until we see what they might get up to next, everyone is living for this duo.

“I love that Ciara is friends with everyone lol,” one person commented, while another wrote, “Love this duo.” Others were convinced Ciara would help Ashley find a man: “You're about to meet your husband Ashley🤭.”

We’ll be keeping a close eye to see if Ashley shows up at another Giants or Jets game. Now that she’s filming for The Devil Wears Prada 2, she just might!
