Chrissy Teigen is busier than ever these days. After welcoming her third child, Esti, in January, she and hubby John Legend have been adjusting to life as a family of five.

In a recent interview with People, Teigen revealed that she’s adapting to being a mom of three rather quickly.

“It’s easy confidence-wise, and honestly, a lot of the time, confidence is everything with it,” she told the outlet of parenting multiple children. “You’re just not so on edge and worried and you’re also not worried about what other people have to say as much.”

The 2014 SI Swimsuit Issue cover model and her husband are also parents to a 6-year-old daughter, Luna, and a 4-year-old son, Miles.

Teigen added that now that she’s a mom of three, she’s “seen everything happen,” from broken bones to to stitches, and doesn’t take parenting advice from just any source as readily as she used to.

“I do not accept being shamed about anything,” she added regarding her parenting style.

Prioritizing her family hasn’t slowed Teigen down in the work department at all. She attended the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party with Legend on March 12, and was bestowed the Catalyst of Change Award at the Planned Parenthood spring benefit gala on Monday evening.
